Refund policy

At Butter Me Brandi, all products are handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept refund requests for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the item.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. You are not required to return the item. If you choose to return the item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scent preference, or texture sensitivity. We recommend reviewing all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
